Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to almost all serviceable pincodes across India.

2. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours (excluding public holidays).
• Standard Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Availability: COD is offered to most pincodes across India. You can verify if your area is eligible by entering your pincode at checkout.
• Fee: A flat Rs 100 COD charge applies to every eligible order.

How It Works:

• Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method at checkout.

• Pay the order amount (plus the Rs 100 COD fee) in cash to the courier partner when your package arrives.

• If your pincode isn’t COD‑eligible, you’ll be prompted to choose an alternative payment method before completing your purchase.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.
