Refund policy

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. In case you need to modify your delivery address, contact us via our Contact Page as soon as possible; we’ll do our best to update your address before processing begins. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns due to hygiene concerns. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. We will accept replacements only if the product you received is incorrect or damaged.

How to request a replacement:

  • Must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@gisla.co
  • Wrong or Damaged Item: Please include clear photos of the outer packaging and the defective product in the email along with a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide further details.

Note: We do not accept replacements for change of mind, opened products, or products reported after these timeframes.
